Access to the Holiday cottage is via an outside staircase from the parking lot. Well-equipped kitchen opening onto dining/living room with comfortable sofa, one bedroom with double bed (160x200), one bedroom with double bed (160x200), one bedroom with double bed (160x200), 2 shower rooms, separate wc. On the mezzanine floor, a relaxation area with RAPIDO sofa, one attic bedroom with ceiling height of 1.80 to 1m with two single beds (0.90x190), separate wc with washbasin.

In a quiet, residential area, high-standard Detached house with air-conditioning and unobstructed Sea view, covered terrace with garden furniture, landscaped garden, alarm-protected private Piscine (9x4x1.5x2.70 deep), electric plancha, pétanque court (2 boules sets available). Private parking for 2 cars below the property, accessed by outside stairs (approx. 20 steps). On the estate, free access to 4 tennis courts approx. 200 m away (registration on site at the beginning of the week, subject to availability) and a large communal swimming pool (20 mx10).other tennis court in Cavalaire (fee payable). Cleaning included in rental price.

    Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

    Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß, auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und man hat die Auswahl wo man sitzen möchte. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, ein paar kleine Pfannen und Töpfe wären praktisch aber man kann alles kochen worauf man Lust hat. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderbar.
    Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Alarmanlage am Schwimmbad, leider hatten wir bei der Wohnungsübergabe keine Einweisung bekommen und jedes Mal wenn wir ins Wasser springen nd ist eine ohrenbetäubende Sirene losgegangen, das gleiche passierte immer auch wenn der Wind stärker wehte, in der ersten Nacht jeder Stunde mindestens einmal. Das war sehr nervtötend.
    Ansonsten kann ich das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

    Agréablement surpris. Gite où tout est fait pour se sentir bien comme à la maison. Très bon accueil par Aurelia avec toutes les explications nécessaires pour passer une bonne semaine.
