Just 5 km from the Sea, Cinsault is an old, semi-detached Provencal house in a small hamlet in the Countryside of La Cadière d'Azur. Completely renovated and decorated in the local style of light ochre with green shutters, it offers great comfort and reversible air-conditioning (living room and bedrooms). The first floor features a large living/dining room with flat-screen TV, sofa, fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer) and separate toilet. The Matisse bedroom (bed 160 x 200) and bathroom (bath and washbasin) are on the ground floor. A staircase leads upstairs to 3 rooms: the large Coquelicot room with two single beds (90x200), a wardrobe and a desk, the large Cézanne room with two single beds (90x200), a wardrobe and a desk, and on the landing a shower room (attic with shower, washbasin and toilet). Enjoy the shaded private terrace overlooking the Vineyard and pine forest, with garden table and barbecue. Continuing from the terrace, climb the pathway to the gated Piscine (11.4 x 4.2m), a relaxing space to share with two families.
