Set in the middle of a plateau with a breathtaking view of the Ceüze mountains to the south, Bure and the Dévoluy massif to the west, it's in this unspoilt natural environment that Lucile, the owner, will be delighted to welcome you to this large character house. The "Tribu" gîte is located in a semi-detached house at the center of a property with two other dwellings on either side, combining respect for tradition (with its stone walls) and an ecological approach (brick, cellulose wadding, hemp...). The accommodation has a separate entrance and three levels. On the garden level: a vast vaulted room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area near the wood-burning stove; an independent, private toilet. First floor: one double bedroom with 160*200cm bed and en-suite shower room; two bedrooms with two 90*200cm single beds; spacious shower room with shower and corner bath; and a separate, private WC. On the mezzanine floor, a large sleeping area with a 160*200cm bed and two 90*190cm beds. Enjoy a moment of total disconnection and absolute peace and quiet from the 100m² south-facing terrace with direct access from the living room, offering an unobstructed view of the Céüze mountains, not forgetting the large adjoining plot of land. Solar heating and hot water. Possibility of equipment room. For a comfortable stay, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Access to the gîte via 600 m of dirt road. Numerous possibilities for outdoor and leisure activities on site or nearby: hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding; 15 minutes from Gap with its swimming pool, shops and leisure and cultural activities; for winter sports: downhill skiing at Laye (21 km) or La Joue du Loup (32 km) and cross-country skiing at Plateau de Gap-Bayard (19 km) or Col du Festre (26 km).
