The holiday cottage (which sleeps up to 10 people) features, on the ground floor, a spacious living area combining a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room.
Upstairs, a cozy mezzanine converted into a reading nook offers a view of the Lake. You’ll also have access to three additional bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two bunk beds, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Located less than a 5-minute drive from the shops, the harbor, and the beaches of Savines-le-Lac, the house is also an ideal starting point for exploring mountain activities. The town of Réallon is just a 15-minute drive away, where you can enjoy winter sports in the snow and a variety of outdoor activities the rest of the year.
