In a large, recently renovated house overlooking the valley with unobstructed views of the mountains and Lac de Serre-Ponçon, a ground-floor gîte with its own entrance and private, fully-equipped outdoor space. Located on the edge of the Ecrins National Park and just a few kilometers from Lac de Serre-Ponçon, in a peaceful hamlet. The gîte is furnished as a studio with a sleeping area (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), dining area, convertible sofa for an extra person, and well-equipped kitchenette. Direct access to the private grounds lets you enjoy the sunshine and scenery.TV, Wifi connection... Bathroom open to sleeping area (enclosed shower). Separate WC. Electric heating. Located on the first floor of the owner's home, the apartment benefits from completely independent access on the east side of the house. The private grounds are ideal for enjoying the countryside and nature, and are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A parking space is reserved just a few meters from the gîte. Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable). A shared storage room is available for bikes, skis, etc. Near the gîte, there are numerous opportunities for outdoor activities and discovery: hiking, water sports, mountain biking, climbing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing at the Réallon ski resort, etc. Baby equipment available, sheets and towels supplied. Optional cleaning service at end of stay.
