Close to Chabre, the village of Orpierre and the Sisteron citadel, the gîte occupies the upper part of the house, with the large living room opening onto a private 30 m² terrace overlooking the charming perched village of Lagrand (classified as a "Petite cité de caractère"). The living room features a comfortable relaxation area with corner sofa, wood-burning stove, TV and connected speaker, a library and office space; the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave...) opens onto the dining area. Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove and electric radiators. The two bedrooms are equipped with a 160 cm double bed and 2 side-by-side 90 cm single beds. The bathroom has a large shower and 2 basins, and a separate toilet. The terrace overlooks the picturesque village, the main square and the charming Romanesque church. Shared storage space for bikes, equipment, motorcycles, etc. Sheets, towels and household linen provided, beds made up on arrival. Housekeeping package available. Baby equipment. Additional air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The gîte has its own private entrance and private, fully-equipped terrace. The house has a second accommodation on the garden level with a bedroom and a private pleasure garden with separate entrance. The two apartments can be combined according to availability.
The owners live in a semi-detached apartment at the back of the house, which is completely independent and not connected to the 2 gites, giving you complete independence and availability.
