Close to Chabre, the village of Orpierre and the Sisteron citadel, the gîte occupies a spacious vaulted space opening directly onto the terrace and sunny, shaded garden. The spacious living room features a comfortable sitting area with TV and connected speakers, and a library; the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave...) opens onto the dining area. Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove and electric radiators. The bedroom is equipped with a 2-person 160 cm bed, a desk and a dressing area. The bathroom is an extension of the bedroom, with a large shower area and 2 basins. The WC is independent. The garden overlooks the picturesque village, the main square and the charming Romanesque church. Shared storage space for bikes, equipment, motorcycles, etc. Sheets, towels and household linen provided, and beds made up on arrival. Housekeeping package available. Baby equipment available. The gîte enjoys a high degree of independence, with its own private entrance and equipped outdoor space. The house has a second dwelling for four people, with two bedrooms, a 30m2 terrace and a completely private entrance. The two dwellings can be combined according to availability.
The owners live in a semi-detached apartment at the back of the house, which is completely independent and not connected to the 2 gites, giving you complete independence and availability.
