In the heart of the Parc Régional du Queyras on the outskirts of the village of Abriès, pleasantly appointed Holiday cottage on two levels in a Semi-detached house. Access to the living room is via a terrace and a small plot of private land facing south-east. The main room features a fully-equipped kitchen in a separate area, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with sofa and bench. A separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, one of which can be used as an extra bed for 1 person with a 90 x 190 cm bed), 1 shower room with WC. Central heating. Wifi connection. Sheets and towels available for hire. Cleaning service optional. Outdoor relaxation area with garden furniture and small plot of land. Upstairs, direct access to a private terrace at the rear of the house. Ideally located close to Hiking trails and 600 m from the village resort's Ski slopes. A cleaning deposit of €80 must be left with the owner.
