In a beautiful contemporary Chalet, Holiday cottage with private grounds and independent entrance located in the heart of the Clarée Valley in the hamlet of Roubion. The Holiday cottage is housed in a building that includes the owner's home and another small self-catering cottage. Living room opening onto a private garden area facing the setting sun, dining and relaxation area with wood-burning stove, fully-equipped fitted kitchen. 2 bedrooms on the upper level (2 double beds, including 1 160 x 200 cm bed and 1 180 x 200 cm bed, 4 single beds, including 3 bunk beds) (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6). Shower room-WC upstairs and separate WC on first floor. Washing machine. Underfloor heating. Wifi access. Baby bed and chair available. Private outdoor space with reserved parking, garden furniture. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made. The owners' Restaurant "Un Brin Sauvage" is located in "City-Haute", in the heart of the village, 3 km from the Holiday cottage (rated 1 toque by Gault et Millau): café, lunch and dinner, as well as take-away meals. From the Holiday cottage, numerous mountain hiking trails and, in winter, 200 m access to Nordic and Alpine skiing slopes.
