Detached chalet in the heart of the Champsaur valley, close to the resort-village of Ancelle and Hiking trails. Built on two levels, the first floor features a large living area with open kitchen (fully-equipped fitted kitchen), dining area and a comfortable sitting and dining area with wood-burning stove opening onto a private terrace. The Holiday cottage has a southwest-facing terrace and private garden. The accommodation is nicely furnished, with a large living room and a bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed) with en-suite shower room-WC on the first floor and, upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm double bed and 2 x 90 cm single beds), a mezzanine with relaxation area and convertible sofa (can accommodate 2 extra people) and a shower room-WC. The terrace is equipped with a table and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby equipment available. Small laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Separate storage space in the garden for bikes and skis.... Electric heating (heat pump and convector heaters) supplemented by a wood-burning stove (wood supplied). The maximum weekly consumption is 280 Kw, i.e. 40 Kw/day. Beyond this limit, the owner will invoice per kWh based on the rates charged by the energy supplier.) End-of-stay cleaning service included. Private parking. Numerous outdoor activities available nearby: Hiking, mountain biking, cycling, Alpine skiing (0.7 km away) and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing...
