Offering panoramic views over the Champsaur valley, this gîte is on the edge of the hamlet of Les Marches, at the start of hiking trails in the Ecrins and 2 km from the Orcières-Merlette ski area. The gîte is set on the first floor of a contemporary chalet, with its own private terrace and grounds. The spacious living room is accessed via the terrace, and features an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood-burning stove. The living room can sleep 2 (convertible sofa or armchair). The bedroom is equipped with a 2-person bed and opens onto the bathroom-WC. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside from the terrace, equipped with garden furniture. Possibility of equipment room. Electric heating. Private parking. Electric vehicle charging point available in summer. Numerous possibilities for outdoor activities nearby: hiking trails, mountain biking, horseback riding; halfway between the leisure center and the ski resort of Orcières-Merlette, where you can also take advantage of its leisure and relaxation complex (swimming pool open all winter and during school vacations the rest of the year) and shops.

    Tellement bien...

    C'était tellement bien que nous aurions presque envie de garder l'adresse secrète rien que pour nous! La vue sur la montagne environnante, le calme, la belle terrasse, la configuration du logement (baie vitrée, vraie chambre, grand placard, cellier, etc.), la propreté, tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, et les propriétaires prompts à fournir immédiatement ce qui pourrait éventuellement manquer. Excellent séjour!

    Très agréable séjour avec cette vue magnifique

    Séjour très agréable avec cette magnifique vue sur les montagnes, pouvoir prendre son petit-déjeuner et son dîner sur la terrasse avec cette vue du tonnerre

    Gite agréable et vue magnifique mais lit inconfort

    Le gîte est agréable, la vue magnifique mais le lit est inconfortable car le matelas qui est dur est posé sur une planche qui fait office de sommier. Nous avons du dormir dans le canapé... Avoir un vrai lit ne serais pas du luxe.

    J'espère que vous avez pu néanmoins passer un séjour agréable. Désolé que vous n'ayez pas supporté la literie effectivement ferme mais en général bien appréciée par les lombalgiques. Promis, si vous reveniez, vous aurez un autre lit !

    La belle vue

    Très beau gîte, vue imprenable, belle situation à l'écart de la très laide station Merlette. Possibilités de randonnées dès sortie du gîte. Ne pas manquer d'aller voir la chêvrerie, très bon accueil et très bons produits.
