Ground-level access to a large living room: dining room, large relaxation area around the wood-burning stove, TV. Large professional-quality kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave). 4 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds (high beds are not suitable for Kids under 6), private shower room and toilet. 2 rooms have balconies. Electric heating not included. Storage space for equipment. Washing machine. Terrace, one-hectare grounds with garden furniture and barbecue. Owner's accommodation below Holiday cottage. 5 km from Lake Serre-Ponçon and the resort of Réallon: easy access. Large outdoor space. 2 terraces. Wi-Fi access. Bed linen rental, baby bed available (table soccer, table tennis and darts). Heating charge €1.50/day/person from December 1 to March 31. Housekeeping included in rental price.

la tribu un cadre et un accueil vraiment agréable
La vue du salon spacieux et confortable est très belle
La cheminée diffuse une chaleur qui favorise farniente et jeux au retour des pistes de la station proche.
Belle luminosité grâce à de très grandes baies vitrees .
Salle de bains dans chaque chambre.cuisine de collectivité très pratique pour de grandes réunion et de bons repas ...Bref si l on ajoute l accueil attentif et la salle de jeu en bas ...l idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis .

Bibi excellent souvenir
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine en famille. La configuration des lieux est très appréciable, les chambres permettent à chacun de pouvoir bénéficier d'un espace un peu à l'écart du groupe. La grande cuisine professionnelle est très pratique et la grande salle de vie permet des temps conviviaux. L'accueil a été chaleureux et la proximité de la station de Réallon a été appréciée.
