The building also includes 2 bed and breakfast rooms and the owners' home. The gîte is converted from one of the 3 guest rooms, with the main room featuring a kitchen area, a sitting area and a sleeping area with 1 x 160 x 200 cm bed, TV and internet access. The living room opens onto a large terrace in the heart of nature. There's a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. The house is isolated and benefits from plenty of sunshine. Access to Hiking and mountain bike trails. Jeu de boules on site... Access to Les Serigues is via a 1.3 km unpaved road. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Electric vehicle charging station (charge payable). The Holiday cottage is 9 km from the center of Gap and 3 km from the Gap-Bayard oxygenation center (Golf, Hiking, Nordic skiing...).
