Our beautiful Chalet offers the perfect environment to relax after a good day's activities and admire the view from its balcony and the various grassy areas. Level access from the covered parking lot in the entrance hatch. You'll appreciate the comfort of a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and a large, comfortable living room with an open fireplace.
Mezzanine opens onto the living room with TV corner and relaxation area with mountain views. An office for those who need it with WIFI and fiber. Under the living room: 1 bedroom (bed 140 x 190) with shower and washbasin, 3 bedrooms (bed 160 x 200) with mountain views, bathroom and toilet.
Under the bedrooms is the workshop with space for storing bicycles, tools available for repairs. Outside: terraces, lawns, with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, electric plancha... No fence on our property and several staircases, so we can't leave small Kids alone outside. Non-smoking house. Parties and group events are not allowed!
