This superb house, located in the Historical district, enjoys an ideal location that allows you to take advantage of the proximity to shops, the city center, and its Market. You can enjoy pleasant walks in the countryside from the house or toward Embrun’s lake. The property is attached to a small, year-round occupied independent unit. You can park your vehicle in the driveway or in the property’s private parking area. You enter via a terrace opening onto a fenced-in, southeast-facing garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas grill.
