Gîte in a completely renovated, detached house of traditional architecture, overlooking the Durance valley with a beautiful view of the Ecrins massif. The gîte is on the first floor (other accommodation upstairs), on one level with its own entrance and direct access to a private terrace and grounds. The living area features a comfortable sitting area with TV and DVD player, and a 2-seater sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, freezer, microwave oven, small electrical appliances... The bedroom has a 2-person bed. Bathroom with large shower area and washing machine. Separate WC. Electric heating with pellet stove (fuel supplied, included in price) in living room and additional electric heating in bedroom and bathroom. The terrace is equipped with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Baby equipment available. Electric vehicle charging station (charge payable). In the vicinity of the gîte, numerous possibilities for outdoor activities: downhill and cross-country skiing (Risoul resort 12 km away), ski touring, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, in summer hiking, mountain biking, climbing, cycle touring, water sports at Eygliers, gliding at St-Crépin, discovering the fortified heritage and typical villages. The gîte is located 3 km from shops, services and events in nearby Guillestre.
