Located in the heart of the Vallouise valley, facing the surrounding mountains, this spacious, single-storey Holiday cottage has a sunny terrace and private landscaped grounds. It is located in a building adjoining the owner's house, in the immediate vicinity of the village of Vallouise and just 3 km from the family resort of Pelvoux.
The Holiday cottage has a separate entrance and a large living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen, a convivial dining area and a sitting area. It also includes a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and closet, and a bathroom with toilet. Underfloor heating for optimum comfort.
The south-facing terrace offers an unobstructed view of the mountains. Private covered parking.
Weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday.

Franck & Marie Excellente expérience
Pour la deuxième fois, nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Hauts de Pra-Peyron.
A notre arrivée, le logement était très propre.
Il est toujours aussi pratique et fonctionnelle.
Il est agréable de profiter de la terrasse avec une vue sur les montagnes alentour.
La cuisine équipée est grande et pratique. Il ne manque rien.
La literie est de qualité.
Peut-être y reviendrons nous une troisième fois l'année prochaine...

This is the 3rd time we stayed here.
The ground floor site is ideal for us as a couple, the apartment is light, there is no traffic noise at all, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bedroom is big enough, the view is magnificent.
Then the owner is very friendly and accommodating.
