Les Garianes" is located on the ground floor of a house comprising the owners' home and a guest room, in the heart of a village resort in the Champsaur valley, close to the Ecrins National Park. The gîte, which has its own separate entrance, has been carefully designed for a comfortable stay. It comprises a large dining area with fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area, a double bedroom (bed 160*200cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. Laundry room, garage for bikes or motorcycles and private covered parking reserved for the gîte. Private south-facing terrace. On the upper level, a pleasant terrace with panoramic views over the valley, shared with the chambre d'hôtes. Electric underfloor heating. Ideally located close to numerous outdoor activities: skiing (pistes 250m away), snowshoeing, mountain biking, paragliding, hiking, horseback riding.
