Facing the mountains, overlooking the Guisane valley, close to Briançon and the great outdoors, this Holiday cottage is set on the first floor of a superb, locally-built wooden chalet with a large private terrace. Holiday cottage with independent access from private outdoor space. Living room with fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area. Direct access to southwest-facing terrace. 3 bedrooms (2 x 180 x 200 cm beds and 2 x 80 cm bunk beds) (high bedding not suitable for kids under 6). Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Underfloor heating. Internet connection. Bed linen and towels supplied. Garden equipment. Housekeeping included at the end of your stay, only the kitchen must be left clean. Local amenities: departure point for Hiking and mountain bike trails, close to the center of Briançon and many amenities (2 km). Access to Serre Chevalier ski resort 3 km away.

Myriam 40 Magnifiques Gites
Ce gîte est magnifique, une vue incroyable, un accueil formidable, la propriétaire est bienveillante, et de bons conseils pour nous guider sur les sorties et les visites.
Le confort du gîte est parfait, rien ne manque, tout est bien pensé.
