In the Ecrins National Park, in the hamlet of Les Gourniers, gateway to the Park's central zone. The Holiday cottage "Les Chamands" is on the first floor of the owners' house. It has its own entrance via a private terrace with a few steps. Entrance into a large living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave), a dining area and a pleasant sitting area with TV. A wood-burning stove adds to the room's approval, providing a pleasant complement to the electric heating system (including wood). 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190), one of which communicates with a small alcove-type room (2 single bunk beds) (high bedding not suitable for Kids under 6) with a window opening onto one of the double bedrooms, a shower room (with washing machine) and a separate toilet complete the layout of this Holiday cottage. In contact with the great outdoors, this accommodation is ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities: Base de loisirs 500m away, Hiking, Fishing, Mountain biking, discovering the flora and fauna, canyoning, access to Lake Serre-Ponçon or discovering the exceptional heritage of the Savines-le-Lac and Embrun region. In winter, access to the Nordic ski area 300 m away, the Réallon ski resort 12 km away, and ski and snowshoe Hiking trails just a few meters from the Holiday cottage.
