Located on the outskirts of the small town of L'Argentière-la-Bessée, the gîte "Les Aiguillons" welcomes you on the first floor of the owner's house. Access is via an outside staircase to the first floor. Spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxation area with TV and DVD player; double bedroom and shower room/WC. A small balcony is accessible from the living area and offers a view of the surrounding hills. On the garden level, there is a private plot of land with an equipment room. Collective heating by gas boiler. Two private parking spaces in front of the house. The gîte is within easy reach of shops, services and leisure facilities (cinema, swimming pool, museum, etc.), as well as numerous outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, canoeing, cycling and, in winter, access to the Puy-St-Vincent ski resort 15 km away. And if you're a keen snow walker, the owners can provide you with 2 pairs of snowshoes, complete with poles and overboots, free of charge.
