In an independent house in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Briançon, independent gite fitted out on the ground floor of the owners' house. Large garden with private space and access to vegetable garden. Unobstructed view of the mountains. Separate entrance on raised ground floor. Living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area in a peaceful, mountain atmosphere. TV with DVD player, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer. One bedroom with 160 cm double bed. Bathroom-wc with walk-in shower. Central heating. Solar hot water. Private parking. Equipment room. Bed linen and towels provided (bed made up on arrival). Precioso apartamento en casa individual

El apartamento es amplio, muy bonito decorado ,perfectamente equipado ,acogedor,muy tranquilo y comodo.Aparcamiento junto a la puerta del apartamento y a 4 min en coche del centro de briançon.Todo muy nuevo y limpio,orientación perfecta muy soleado todo el día y con bonitas vistas.Unas vacaciones perfectas.

Gite très agréable avec vue sur jardin et montagne, propriétaires accueillants et
bienveillants, conseils et échanges amicaux, bons légumes du potagers.

Gite très bien situé pour des ballades à pieds ou pour se rendre en centre ville.
Gite très bien équipé et la décoration est top
