Situated in the heart of this typical Clarée village, with independent entrance on ground floor raised by a small private terrace. Living room with relaxation area, dining area and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, TV). 3 bedrooms including 1 small bedroom (5 single beds, 2 x 2 side-by-side). Bathroom, wc. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Electric heating and wood-burning stove (wood supplied). Wi-Fi access. Shared outdoor space, garden furniture. Ski storage. Equipment room available. Les propriétaires sont d’une extrême gentillesse.
Le gîte est impeccable, calme et bien placé pour les départs de marche. Nous avons eu même droit à quelques légumes du jardin. Quatre ans que nous y venons et toujours le même accueil. Je recommande à 100% !- Cleanliness

Stephan Very nice stay
We had a very nice stay in a well equiped and cozy vacation appartment in the center of Nevache. The owners were extremely nice and supportive, and gave us excellent recommendations for hiking tours and logistics. We could also park our mountainbikes in the garage. Only 5 minutes walk to the bakery.

La ronchon !! Été à Névache
Nous connaissons bien Névache et ses magnifiques balades !
Le gîte est très confortable !
Malgré tout je me permets de signaler qu on a accès à une petite terrasse ( donnant sur la rue ) qui n est pas du tout protégée : aucune barrière ni garde corps : avec des enfants cela est TRÈS dangereux...je m étonne que vous acceptiez cela !

Thierry Excellent séjour....comme d'habitude !
Sommes revenus avec grand plaisir à l'enneigé.
Le gîte est toujours agréable et fonctionnel. On se sent comme à la maison.
