An outside staircase leads directly to the 1st floor, where you'll find a large living room with three separate areas: fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting area, a bathroom and an independent, private toilet. On the 2nd floor: a double bedroom and two bedrooms, each with two single bunk beds; an independent, private toilet and a balcony overlooking the Gapençais basin. First floor: laundry room, games room (pool table, ping-pong table), south-facing terrace and enclosed garden, 6-person spa overlooking the Pic and Château de Charance for a relaxing break. A swing, slide, trampoline and other accessories are available for the little ones. Heating by oil-fired boiler and wood-burning stove in the living room on the 1st floor. Private parking in front of the gîte. For a comfortable stay, bed linen, towels and table linen are included in the price. Free bus stop 5 minutes' walk from Gap town center and shops.
