The Holiday cottage "L'Ecrin de Charance" is located in a detached house on three levels. An outside staircase leads directly to the 1st floor, where you'll find a large living room with three separate areas: fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting area, a bathroom and an independent, private toilet. On the 2nd floor: a double bedroom and two bedrooms, each with two single Bunk beds (high beds are not suitable for Kids under six); an independent private WC and a balcony with a view of the Gapençais basin. First floor: laundry room, gaming room (billiards, table tennis), south-facing terrace and enclosed garden, 6-person Spa with views of the Pic and Château de Charance for a relaxing break. A swing, slide, trampoline and other accessories are available for the little ones. Heating by oil-fired boiler and wood-burning stove in the living room on the 1st floor. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage. For a comfortable stay, bed linen, towels and table linen are included in the price. Free bus stop 5 minutes' walk to City and Gap shops.
