On the outskirts of the Ecrins National Park, the hamlet of Les Préaux overlooks the majestic, narrow Valgaudemar valley. The house comprises the 3-storey Holiday cottage and the owner's holiday home. Separate entrance on first floor: lounge area, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (one 160 x 200 cm) and 2 single bunk beds (high bedding not suitable for kids under 6). Shower room-WC and separate WC. Upper level: large living room with integrated kitchen, sitting area opening onto a small terrace, attractive dining area. And on the mezzanine: relaxation area and additional sleeping space. Heating included, bed linen rental and cleaning service optional. Central heating. Baby equipment. Private outdoor space 60 m from Holiday cottage. Ski and bike storage. Holiday cottage can accommodate 2 to 6 extra people in single beds (4 mezzanine beds and trundle beds for 2 in the living room): please allow €50 per extra person, to be booked in advance.
