Le Verger - Gîte Charance

Situated in the Southern Alps, between the Serre-Ponçon lake and the Pouzenc summit, the village of Baratier offers a wealth of hiking and water sports opportunities; the warmth and friendliness of its inhabitants illustrate the well-being of this region. The gîte is located in an orchard, close to the campsite, which has a swimming pool available from June to September, heated with renewable energy (water temperature 28°). Access to the gîte is via an entrance on the first floor of a detached house that includes another seasonal rental. It benefits from a terrace and shared grounds, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave oven, TV with TNT, living room, sofa-bed on the first floor. Mezzanine: bedroom and two sleeping areas (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Shower room, toilet, electric heating. Wi-Fi connection available. Garden furniture.
