In a large, attractive house overlooking the valley, at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park, this first-floor Holiday cottage has a large living room opening onto a 5 m² south-facing balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Shared staircase and landing door for two independent Holiday cottages. The living room features a cosy sitting area with TV, a dining area and an integrated open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine...). The first bedroom has a 2-person 180 x 200 cm bed, while the second, smaller bedroom has a 2-person 140 cm bed and a 1-person 90 cm bed (bridge bed). Mountain corner with space for 2 additional guests (2 x 90 x 190 cm single beds, bunk beds) (high bedding not suitable for kids under 6). Shower room, WC. Baby equipment available (bed, chair, bath). Underfloor heating. Large shared plot. Shared storage room for skis and bikes. Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable). Shops and services nearby.
