Located at an altitude of 1,200 m in the heart of Vallouise, this spacious 160 m² chalet is completely self-contained. All shops are within walking distance: the Pharmacy and medical center are 30 m away, the bakery is at the foot of the chalet, and the mini-market and sports store are 200 m away. Bars, restaurants and the center of Vallouise are 300 m away. The Maison du Parc National des Écrins and the bike park are 50 m away, and a ranch is also nearby. Ski resorts are close by: Puy Saint Vincent 1400 is 4 km away, Puy Saint Vincent 1600 is 9 km away and Pelvoux is 3 km away. Outside, the Chalet offers ample private parking and a private garden with table and barbecue. On the first floor, a large entrance hall with boot dryer welcomes guests. A bright veranda opens onto a vast 30 m² terrace equipped with deckchairs and an outdoor table. The 20 m² living room, 28 m² dining area and kitchen opening onto the loggia are ideal for convivial gatherings. There's also a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. A shared bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin serves these two bedrooms, and two separate WCs complete this level. Upstairs, four bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a double bed (two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and one with a 140 cm bed), each with washbasin and shower. The fourth bedroom sleeps four (two single beds and two Bunk beds) (the high bed is not suitable for Kids under six), and also has a washbasin and shower. The accommodation is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, raclette and fondue machines, toaster, electric and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, TV and shoe dryer.
