Le Saint Apo

Located in the charming village of Saint-Apollinaire, facing the majestic Lake Serre-Ponçon, the Holiday cottage Le Saint Apo is a spacious individual chalet of around 110 m², which can accommodate up to 8 people. Set in 1300 m² of grounds, it offers the ideal setting for vacations with family or friends, combining nature, relaxation and outdoor activities.
On the first floor, an entrance hall leads to a bright living room with a sitting and dining area, extended by a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. This level also includes a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, a convivial lounge area with TV and double sofa bed, and a second bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and double sofa bed. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet completes this floor.
From the bay window in the living room, you have direct access to a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Serre-Ponçon. It's the ideal place to share a meal al fresco or simply enjoy the exceptional panorama. The vast, green and peaceful grounds invite you to relax and enjoy moments of conviviality.
In the surrounding area, you'll find a wide range of outdoor activities: Hiking in the surrounding forests and mountain pastures, water sports on the Lake (sailing, paddling, swimming, fishing...), mountain biking, cycling or even paragliding for thrill-seekers. In winter, the resorts of Réallon, Les Orres and Crévoux are easily accessible for Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Finally, discovering the local heritage, hilltop villages and local produce will complete the program for a holiday rich in discoveries and emotions.
