The Holiday cottage is located in a house that includes 2 Holiday cottages: the second is below (it is rarely occupied and its entrance is on the opposite side). Le Roca has its own entrance from the private terrace, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Living room with sitting area, fireplace, TV, fitted kitchen (freezer, dishwasher). 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds with bunk beds (high bedding not suitable for kids under 6). Bathroom, toilet, washing machine. Underfloor heating. Sheets available for hire.
