The cottage "Le Roc de Garnesier" is located in a completely renovated village house combining modern comfort and the warmth of the old. The accommodation is made up of three levels and has two independent entrances (one on the parking side on the ground floor and the other on the back of the house on the garden side corresponding to the 1st floor). On the ground floor: entrance; fitted kitchen with dining area and separate WC. On the 1st floor: a cozy mountain lounge equipped with a wood-burning stove, a dining room with access to the garden and the small terrace; a second living room (offering the possibility of sleeping 2 people on a Bultex sofa bed); a double bedroom and a shower room/WC. On the 2nd attic floor under the roof accessible by a miller's ladder: bedroom (-6m²) with a double bed and a private bathroom. Enjoy the terrace and the garden with its grill area, facing South/West. Secure equipment room. Electric heating but also wood stove in the living room on the 1st floor (wood included) and reversible air conditioning in the kitchen on the ground floor. Communal parking near the cottage. Many opportunities for outdoor activities nearby and discovery of the fauna and flora: hiking trails (100m), mountain biking and cross-country skiing. Close to the resorts of Joue du Loup and Superdévoluy as well as Veynes, while enjoying the calm and beauty of the mountains for your moments of idleness. At the foot of the Combe de la Cluse you can reach one of the emblematic summits of Dévoluy, the Pic de Bure. Le Dévoluy also allows the practice of via ferrata, via underground, horse riding, and has a sports center and wellness establishments. And in winter, skiing in all its forms and snowshoeing or dog sledding.
