Unusual alpine chalet in the upper Clarée valley, commune of Névache. Built in 1974, this magnificent isolated Chalet is perched at an altitude of 2100m, near the Ricou refuge. With a surface area of 130m², it offers an exceptional 360° panorama. The Chalet is a haven of peace, purity and wilderness. Large covered terrace forms the entrance to the Chalet; large living room with library, kitchenette, bathroom WC. 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double beds and 2 single beds). Wood heating (wood available). Outdoor barbecue. The Chalet is entirely powered by solar panels, allowing the connection of electrical appliances with a power rating of less than 1200 watts. A sports area on the first-floor terrace. A small bowling green and a small oratory. You'll be met on arrival at the foot of the access road to the Chalet, a 30-minute walk away with Kids. A 4/4 vehicle will take you and your belongings to the Chalet. You'll be briefed on how the Chalet works. You will be collected at the end of your stay and returned to your vehicle parked in the valley. You'll need to bring your own sheets and pillowcases; blankets are provided.
