In a charming chalet typical of the Briançonnais region, attached to the owners' home, facing the mountains and overlooking the upper Durance valley, 2 cozy, comfortable bedrooms. Each room is on the first floor and features a 160 x 200 cm bed, plus a mezzanine relaxation area with a convertible sofa bed for 1 or 2 extra people. This space gives access to a pleasant covered terrace under the roof. Each bedroom has a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Direct access from the bedrooms to a common room with self-contained kitchen area. This small communal room opens onto a pleasant south-facing terrace equipped to enjoy the scenery and tranquility of the surroundings. Breakfasts, based on local produce, are served in a convivial area in the owners' living room. A closed garage is available for each room. The garden is pleasantly landscaped. The chalet is located two km from Briançon, on the outskirts of a traditional hamlet. Access to the Serre Chevalier ski slopes (Prorel cable car), the town of Briançon (ancient city, Vauban fortress, typical houses) and numerous services is just 2 km away.
