Le Paroir

In the heart of the Buëch valley and the Parc Naturel des Baronnies Provençales, close to the sites of Orpierre, Chabre, the Citadelle of Sisteron, and the Riou and Germanette lakes, 200 m from the river, this bright holiday cottage occupies the first level of a large family home with private garden and independent entrance. It faces south and west and opens onto two large outdoor terraces.
The spacious living room features a cosy sitting area with TV, and a dining area opening onto the kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave...).
One bedroom has a 2-person 160 cm bed, and large storage cupboards. Another bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, a bookcase and plenty of storage space. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe,
The Holiday cottage has a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, and a 2nd independent WC.
Storage space for bicycles, baby carriages, etc. is available on the garden level. A games area and ping-pong table have been set up in a separate building, and a swing has been installed in the garden.
Bed linen and towels provided and beds made on arrival. Possibility of a €50 cleaning package.
Heating is provided by a geothermal boiler, and domestic hot water is heated by solar panels.
Grocery, bakery, butcher's shop nearby.
