Ideally situated overlooking the village of Chorges, in a large property, the Holiday cottage "Le Paradis" is set in a detached house with two other holiday cottages attached at either end. The accommodation has two levels and a separate entrance. First floor: spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, relaxation area with TV and DVD player; laundry room, double bedroom (160*200cm bed), shower room and WC. Upstairs: three double bedrooms (one with a 160*200cm bed) and a triple bedroom (with 3 90*200cm beds) with access to a terrace for 3 bedrooms; large shower room/WC (including shower cubicle and bathtub) and independent, private WC. On the ground floor, large south-facing veranda and terrace overlooking Lake Serre-Ponçon. Possibility of unenclosed equipment room. Electric heating. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage and double garage available. Heated Piscine open from June 28, 2025 to September 27, 2025, shared with four other Holiday cottages on the property. Halfway between skiing and swimming, take advantage of an exceptional environment and the many discovery and outdoor activities on offer in this region: with immediate departure on hiking trails, mountain bike circuits, the Serre-Ponçon Lake with its equipped beaches, wild creeks and 80 km of shoreline ideal for water sports; not forgetting the pleasures of winter sports (Alpine skiing with the Réallon resort, ski touring, surfing, snowshoeing...) in the surrounding resorts that will delight the whole family.
