In the heart of the Champsaur valley, near the Ecrins National Park and the village resorts of St-Léger, Ancelle and Chaillol, Holiday cottage at the end of a large stone building, typical of the valley's architecture. Arranged over 2 levels, the accommodation features a terrace and private grounds with reserved parking. The large living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and sitting area opens onto the terrace and a south-facing balcony. Mountain atmosphere with wood joinery and local architecture. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove (pellets supplied) and an integrated electric heater. One bedroom is on the second floor (1 x 2-person bed) and 2 bedrooms are upstairs (1 x 2-person 160 x 200cm bed and 3 x 90cm single beds, including a pull-out bed in the smaller bedroom). In winter only, additional bedding available with 1 x 90cm bed. A shower room and separate WC are located on the 1st level, and a bathroom-WC on the upper floor. Garden furniture, barbecue on terrace. Games of bowls. Independent entrance by inside staircase. Internet connection. Equipment room and motorcycle shed available. Cleaning service available.
