The gîte "Le Meunier" is located on the second floor of the owner's house, with access via an outside staircase. The accommodation comprises a spacious, pleasant living room with a fireside dining area (1st flambé offered, then wood at extra cost) and sitting room; two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160*200cm) and a single bed, allowing additional sleeping for up to 6 people; a bathroom and an independent, private WC. Garage with laundry area (washing machine) and possible equipment room. Terrace upstairs and wooded outdoor space downstairs. Electric underfloor heating. Private parking in front of the gîte. The owner will be happy to show you around the mountain pastures and the Queyras Regional Nature Park. Many outdoor activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, adventure park, via ferrata... Departures from the gîte for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, and free shuttle bus 50m away in season to the downhill ski resort less than 1 km away.
