In the hamlet of Le Raux de St-Véran, in the heart of the Queyras Regional Park, it's in this unspoilt environment that owner Jean-Pierre will be delighted to welcome you. The gîte "Le Meunier" is located on the second floor of the owner's house, with access via an outside staircase. The accommodation comprises a spacious, pleasant living room with a fireside dining area (1st flambé offered, then wood at extra cost) and sitting room; two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160*200cm) and a single bed, allowing additional sleeping for up to 6 people; a bathroom and an independent, private WC. Garage with laundry area (washing machine) and possible equipment room. Terrace upstairs and wooded outdoor space downstairs. Electric underfloor heating. Private parking in front of the gîte. The owner will be happy to show you around the mountain pastures and the Queyras Regional Nature Park. Many outdoor activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, adventure park, via ferrata... Departures from the gîte for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, and free shuttle bus 50m away in season to the downhill ski resort less than 1 km away.

Mat Semaine de fevrier
La location est bien équipée et très bien placée avec accès direct aux pistes de ski de fond, et à la belle randonnée à ski de la croix de Curlet dans les mélèzes, la seule faisable en cas de risque 4.

Trebua Confort montagnard
Avons passé 6 jours pour faire du ski de fond dans les 4 vallées. Très bien situé, équipement complet pour la cuisine, dépaysement authentique, ...bref peut-être aussi en été pour marcher ou faire du vélo : le hameaux ne subit pas les problèmes de parking du village.

Jean-Pierre,le propriétaire, très sympathique, très disponible et beaucoup d 'humour .C est un natif de Saint Véran.
Le gîte est typique montagnard, calme , spacieux,propre literie correcte.
Rapport qualité /prix correcte
La navette s arrête juste à côté.

nous avons passé un séjour comme nous l'avons souhaité , trés bien , au calme ,
avec une vue montagne d'altitude splendide , un appartement confortable , avec le
