On the outskirts of the Parc des Écrins, in a hamlet on the heights of Saint-Firmin, gîte adjoining the owner's home, with its own entrance on the side of the house, via the private terrace (access via gravelled path). Ideal for 2 people, it comprises a living room with sofa, dining area and kitchenette. It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a window opening onto a lovely view. Shower room, separate toilet, electric heating. In summer, in addition to the small terrace, you can enjoy a small plot of land at the back of the gîte (deckchairs and barbecue). Numerous possibilities for walks and outdoor activities from the gîte, discovering the fauna, flora and sites of Valgaudemar and Champsaur. Heating not included.
