In a small hamlet of stone houses, Holiday cottage in an old Provencal farmhouse restored in keeping with local architecture and materials. The Holiday cottage is independent and has a large plot of land with a large terrace. The spacious grounds are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Very large living room with relaxation area (TV and DVD player) around the fireplace, dining room with large bay window overlooking the landscapes of the Baronnies Provençales regional nature park, wood-burning stove. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. The Holiday cottage, on 2 levels, has 4 independent bedrooms (3 double beds and two single beds) and a largely enclosed mezzanine with a double bed and 2 single beds. 3 bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. A 4th bathroom, on the upper floor, is shared. Two separate WCs. Cellar space on lower level, accessed by steep staircase (storage space, washing machine, WC...). Wood heating. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge. Cleaning service available at end of stay. Nearby, numerous nature and discovery activities: horse riding, Hiking, mountain biking, bicycle touring, Lake Germanette, medieval village of Serres, rock climbing at Orpierre, visit to the railway town of Veynes...).

The price includes Rental of "ready-to-live-in" accommodation. Beds are made, towels, household linen and ecological household products are provided. You'll also find basic products such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs and spices.

The price does not include The Holiday cottage must be cleaned daily by the guests during their stay.
The cleaning fee is calculated on the basis of 3 hours of cleaning by two people, the time required to return the Holiday cottage to the same state of cleanliness and use in which you found it.
Any additional cleaning time required to make the Holiday cottage ready for rental to subsequent guests will be deducted from the rental charge.

Belle maison confortable

Très belle maison spacieuse idéale pour notre réunion de famille.... en pleine nature avec des ballades à proximité.
Tout le confort y est, cuisine très bien équipée et très bonne literie.
Laure est accueillante et présente pour toute question.

superbe lieu

Tout pour passer un beau séjour, de l'espace pour chaqun (nous etions 9) une belle vue de la salle à manger, la cheminée pour se réunir dans le salon, chambres confortables et plusieurs salles de bain, cuisine parfaitement équipée, de belles balades à proximité... et un très bon accueil, merci à toi Laure.

séjour pour le nouvel an

Emplacement parfait pour être au calme et proche de la nature.
Bon point de part pour faire plein de balades dans la région.
Gite super avec super salle à manger attenante à la cuisine avec de belles baies vitrées avec vue.
Laure la propriétaire a toujours été réactive par message et attentionnée notamment avec les enfants qui ont pu ramasser les œufs des poules.

Le Grand R / Week-end

Très bon séjour au gîte Le Grand R. Nous avons pu profiter de cette grande maison et de belles promenades, de baignades au lac et à la rivière. Très bon accueil!
