In a peaceful area overlooking the small village resort of Abriès with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains, Holiday cottage located in the heart of the Queyras Regional Nature Park. Large, detached chalet comprising the gîte and another apartment on the first floor. The Holiday cottage has its own entrance and is arranged over two levels. Second floor: large living room opening onto a sunny terrace, open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, etc.), lounge area with TV and DVD, 2-person bedroom (2 twin 80cm beds) with large private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, WC. Upstairs is a large sloping space with a 2-person bed and 2 single Bunk beds leading to a bedroom (1 x 2-person bed) (the high bed is not suitable for Kids under 6), shower room, WC. Underfloor heating with wood pellet boiler included and wood stove available (fixed price for wood 25 euros if wood stove is used). The Chalet is close to many services and leisure activities: Hiking, Ski slopes, restaurant and entertainment venues. Private parking on the property. Equipment storage (bikes, skis, etc.). Optional services: bed linen, towels and cleaning service, to be booked and paid for with the owner.
