Just 800m from the Gap-Bayard golf course with its fitness trail and Nordic area in winter, this fully restored 17th century farmhouse, the birthplace of Guillaume Farel, lies on the border between the Gapençais and Champsaur valleys on the Route Napoléon, at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park. The independent, single-storey gîte is located on the ground floor of the owner's home, with its own entrance via a terrace.
This "biodiversity label" rental is in a quiet location, with natural spaces, a few chickens, wood pigeons and pets to delight young and old alike. The owner is a Charolais cow farmer.
Living room with sitting area, dining area, fully-equipped fitted kitchen. Two bedrooms with direct access to the outside with twin beds and a double bed. Shower room. WC. Underfloor heating with wood-fired boiler. Fully fenced 1500m2 grounds, garden furniture available. The family resort of Laye is 2 kms away, and the gîte is located at the start of hiking trails and close to all amenities by car. The owners are passionate about nature and hiking, and will be delighted to advise you.

Séjour très agréable. Nous avions l’impression d’être comme à la maison.Gite très confortable,très propre,plein pied, rien ne manque,tout était fourni. Je le recommande notamment aux personnes ayant des difficultés à la marche.
Les conseils pour le boucher excellents.La viande du Champsaur un délice.

Nini Un petit coin de paradis
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un gîte entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de gout situé au calme et au frais.

Gite spacieux, extremement propre, très bien équipé, calme garanti. Jardin clôturé : idéal pour les enfants. Bien placé: pas loin de GAP, St bonnet et de Laye. Très bon accueil. De jolies randonnées à faire aux alentours.
