Astrid's Chalet "Le Clouzis" is ideally located on the ascent to the Col du Granon (a legendary Tour de France pass), near Serre Chevalier and Briançon. It faces due south, offering splendid, unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains... In absolute calm, in a protected Natura 2000 area! The Holiday cottage is located 7 km from the top of the Col du Granon, 5 km from the Serre-Chevalier 1500 ski resort, 8 km from the center of Briançon, Vauban's citadel, a Unesco World Heritage site. Hiking departures from the Chalet. First floor: open-plan fitted kitchen, dining room, veranda with relaxation area, one bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) and shower room-WC. Upstairs, a second bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm), bedroom N°3 (bed 160 x 200 cm), bedroom N°4 (3 single beds 90 x 190 cm, 2 of which can be twinned) with a small separation for one of the beds, and a bathroom-WC. Converted attic space. Large private outdoor area of 6,000 m² on the side of the Mountain with terrace, barbecue, table tennis, boules pitch, tables, chairs, deckchairs, bachat (water fountain).
