Situated on the heights of the village, close to Embrun with its lake and numerous water sports activities, this house comprises two gîtes adjoining the owner's home, with private terrace and heated swimming pool from June 15 to September 15 (weather permitting). The gîte has a private entrance on the first floor. Living room with sitting area, TV, DVD player, integrated kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven) 2 bedrooms (2 x 160*200 beds, 1 x 90x200 mezzanine bed). Shower room-wc. Washing machine and dryer in common area. Central heating. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground for enjoying the fresh mountain air. Bed linen, towels and baby equipment are provided.
