Holiday cottage on one level, with access from the terrace to the living room: fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed, a mountain area with 2 single Bunk beds (not suitable for Kids under 6), a shower room and separate WC. Internet connection. Electric heating on the floor. Bed linen and towels provided, cleaning service available. Private parking on site. Storage space available. In the vicinity of the Holiday cottage: numerous outdoor activities: Hiking, mountain biking, cycling, Fishing, access to the Serre Chevalier ski slopes 3 km away... . Possibility of accommodating 4 people for a supplement of €50/person/week.

    Beautiful Ballads

    My wife and I have very much enjoyed our stay that last over a few days during the summer season.

    Gite très agréable et bien situé

    Un accueil très chaleureux et agréable de la part du propriétaire. Très sympathique.
    Gite très propre, confortable, très bien équipé . un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Bien situé pour partir en rando dans les environs. possibilité de rejoindre le vieux Briançon à pied , chemin de rando à 20 m du gîte.

    TRES BIEN

    Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, Emmanuelle et Dominique, qui ont été à l'écoute. Le gîte est très agréable, la pièce de vie est très lumineuse, on voit la vallée et la montagne. Le téléviseur fonctionne avec la fibre. La salle d'eau est équipée d'une douche spacieuse à l'italienne. Le parking privé est un plus.
    Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables dans ce logement où rien ne manquait.

    Séjour d'automne

    Tout était parfait !
    Dominique et Emmanuelle sont très accueillants et attentionnés.
    L’appartement est parfait : très confortable, bien agencé, très propre, fonctionnel, calme, bref idéal pour passer un bon séjour !
    Les activités sportives ou culturelles sont à portée de main.
    Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !
