On the outskirts of a mountain hamlet, on the outskirts of the Ecrins National Park, close to hiking trails, large independent gîte, bioclimatic construction, fitted on one level in an exceptional site facing the massifs and overlooking the Drac valley. Entrance on the ground floor via an airlock allowing you to put on and take off your shoes comfortably. Large living room opening onto a vast terrace offering a convivial space with sitting area (television) and dining area, and open-plan fitted kitchen. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue, and a small swimming pool (June to September) allows you to cool off and admire the scenery with your feet in the water (pool protected by alarm). The kitchen, with its central island, is very well equipped (dishwasher, multi-function food processor, microwave oven, fridge-freezer...). The gîte has 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm). 2 spacious bathrooms with shower area and 2 basins, 2 separate WCs. Cots available. Utility room with washing machine and additional storage space. The terrace is directly accessible from the living room, while the swimming pool is located on a second terrace a few meters below. Large plot of land available. Private parking. Wifi internet connection. Storage room available. Access to hiking trails close to the gîte. For winter sports, the resorts of St-Léger-les-Mélèzes, Orcières and Chaillol offer skiing not far from the gîte.) Heating by pellet stove. Bed linen provided.
