In the Pays du Buëch, between Drôme Provençale and the Massifs, in a mid-mountain area, this large independent gîte has been designed with respect for the environment, thermal performance and comfort in mind. The house is located on a large private plot, close to the small village of La Beaume. Arranged over 2 levels, the first floor features a large living room with fireplace, a dining room and a large professional-quality kitchen. Of the 7 bedrooms, two are on the first floor and 5 on the first floor. Each can accommodate from one to three people. Sanitary facilities include two shower rooms, one bathroom and 4 WCs. An activity room with separate access from the gîte is also available, as is a laundry room. Bed linen is available for hire. Outside, you'll find a large terrace and private grounds. The bioclimatic gîte is built with healthy materials and features a solar heating system for thermal comfort and domestic hot water production. The gîte can be rented on a self-catering basis or by the night. An ecological cleaning kit can be provided. Catered meals can be ordered. For all these services, please contact the owner. From the gîte, there are numerous possibilities for hiking, mountain biking and cycling on the mid-mountain roads, with the added bonus of the gîte's privileged location at the foot of the Col de Cabre.
