This large semi-detached house has a private enclosed garden with terrace and parking. The large vaulted living room on the first floor offers 70 m² of relaxation space, with sitting area, billiards fireplace (wood provided) and TV. The dining room, an extension of the separate kitchen, is a convivial space opening onto the south-facing facade of the house. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped: freezer, dishwasher, plenty of storage space, small appliances including raclette and fondue sets for 12. There's also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The gîte is close to numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails, and the ski resorts of Chaillol, St-Léger-les-Mélèzes, Ancelle and Orcières-Merlette are just a few kilometers away.
