On the heights with a magnificent view over the Durance valley, it's in this unspoilt environment that owners Nathalie and Georges will be delighted to welcome you. The gîte "La Terrasse du Rabioux" is located in a house adjoining that of the owners. All on one level, it has its own entrance via a terrace. It comprises a large living room with dining area, fitted kitchen and relaxation area, a double bedroom and a shower room/WC. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from the spacious garden and relax under the arbour. Private parking at the side of the gîte and secure equipment room available. Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable). For a comfortable stay, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Electricity not included (including heating and air conditioning). Thanks to its privileged location, a multitude of discovery and outdoor activities are available in the vicinity of the gîte: hiking trails with the Pisse waterfall (10km), the Rabioux wave (5km), a mythical site for whitewater sports, the Roche Rousse climbing site (3km) and the Embrun lake, just a few kilometers away, offering a wide range of water sports for the whole family.
