The "gîte de La Brèche" is on the first floor of the owner's house, with its own entrance. It comprises a large living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and sitting area; a double bedroom (160*200cm bed) with en-suite shower room; and an independent, private toilet. Enjoy a moment of total disconnection and absolute peace and quiet from the 40m² terrace and garden at your disposal, both south-facing and offering unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains: Pic de Bure, Obiou, Faraud among others. Oil-fired central heating. Possibility of equipment room on request. Public parking 30m away. For a comfortable stay: bed linen, towels and table linen are included in the price.
